Fenwick Bay Vista

Our family’s stay at this home was spectacular! With three kids and grandparents on our vacation everyone had a separate sleeping space, privacy, and amazing views. The home was very clean, and the complex had a ton of activities for us to do, especially swimming in the pool each day after the beach. Location was perfect- close to everything with beautiful sunsets. Pictures are accurate & owners are very communicative. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

This home is amazing! Great location and terrific views. I loved that the house was easily childproofed, plus we didn’t have to pack our own baby gates, crib or high chair! I highly recommend staying at this home. We had 6 adults plus two kids in our group, and we were very comfortable. And the hosts were great and responded very quickly. Great place to stay!

A beautiful place with everything you need. The grocery store is 5 minutes drive. We went swimming in the pool every day in the afternoon and the beach in the AM. The condo is spacious and clean. We are a family of 4 with a set of grandparents. Lots of places to eat within driving distance. We also explored Ocean City, Bethany and Rehobeth. So much to do in this area. Plus, we saw dolphins almost every day at the beach - something we don’t see in CT. It was a lovely week!

We loved our stay at Fenwick Bay Vista. This was our first time visiting this area and we’re looking forward to coming back. Fenwick Island sits perfectly between Ocean City MD and the Delaware beaches. It’s great for my family because we enjoy the hustle and bustle of OC but also like visiting the state parks in Delaware. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found a gift basket waiting for us. In addition, the home was stocked with linens and household items. They even provide hand sanitizers. Our hosts checked on us almost daily and were quick to respond to our questions and provided advice on local foods. The best amenity were the kayaks. We really enjoyed taking it out on the bay. The home is situated right next to one of the kayak landings. However, the one we were close to is only accessible during high tide. We ended up walking over the the other landing which is about a 3 minute walk. All in all, we love our stay and look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old and another couple. The townhouse is clean and well-provisioned - we cooked in several nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen in terms of pots/pans/seasonings/utensils. The community is also very friendly, and even though the pool didn't open due to the rain, we played on the playground and managed to grill steaks outside. The garage is immaculate and well-organized, and the beach chairs were a nice plus for our trips to Maryland Beach. It was easy to get to the quieter parts of the beach, and we had some nice takeout meals from the local seafood shops. We'll certainly stay here again for the quiet community and family-friendly space.

This was my favorite house we have ever rented at the beach. The marsh sunset views were absolutely amazing. The house was spacious, well decorated and the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Luiz and Leah could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The welcome basket was incredibly thoughtful. They thought of everything and the house was well stocked. It felt like a home away from home and we didn’t want to leave. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was so nice and steps from the house. We got the best pictures from the crab pier and back deck. We hope to become regular renters at this location. I’ve always hoped to find a rental I love enough to want to return to. This is it! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house itself is a great space and we had four people comfortably working/studying remotely. The hosts were very responsive whenever any questions came up. There's a pool, tennis/basketball courts, and kayaking right around too. Not too far from Ocean City/Rehoboth and we also made it to Henlopen State Park which was beautiful as well (about 50 minutes away). We would happily come back here!

Luiz’s place had everything that is important to us. Many porches with amazing views, a very quiet neighborhood, lots for the kids to do. We kayaked, biked, barbecued and the trip to the state beach was just a few minutes away. The place was clean, modern, beds comfortable and very well stocked with things to do. Lots of movie choices on the tv. We visit in this area every year at this time and this is definitely our new favorite place.

AMAZING in every way! Clean, modern space. Spotless, safe, convenient but quiet and away from the maddening crowds. Kayak launch within 50 feet with access to the Bay. Unbelievable views of the Assawoman Bay. Great communication. Tennis court, basketball, pool, walking path all on the same private grounds. Would definitely stay again.

This home was exactly as described/pictured. Such a beautiful home. The location in the community couldn’t be better. The view from the deck and sunroom is absolutely gorgeous!

Being close to the pool and dock was really nice. The extras provided really made a difference. My son was able to kayak for the first time. Having bikes (nearly brand new) was a great help in getting to the basketball court quickly.

The walking paths throughout the community are lovely. Everyone in the community was very welcoming and kind. Always saying good morning or hello as you pass them.

The owners are extremely courteous and very quick to reply. It is evident they want your stay to be perfect! Ours was!

Book if you can, you won’t be disappointed!

This condo is AMAZING! It is in a quiet neighborhood with glorious deck views of the bay! This condo has everything! The gift basket was a nice touch with incidentals crucial for you stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, Keurig and separate coffee maker as well as a blender to make smoothies or adult frozen beverages. 

We made breakfast before heading out to the beach, which is only about a five mile drive. This condo is close to all Fenwick attractions-shopping, dining, mini-golf and water parks. After returning from the beach, take a shower in one of three full immaculately clean bathrooms; the master has a soaking tub for aching muscles. 

My husband and I had cocktails out on of one of two back decks; one off the master and the other off the family room. The first floor guest bedroom has a wonderful screened-in porch for those stormy days. 

The washer/dryer is so convenient to have on vacation, so that you can wash and/or dry your beach towels. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All rooms are nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. The powder room is off the kitchen.

For those non-beach days, there are two adult bikes and two kayaks. After a heated game of corn hole, change into your bathing suit and walk to the pool, which is just steps away!

The owners think of everything-even the beautiful, quiet neighborhood! You will have a great stay no matter what you do! We really enjoyed it here! Hope to come back again someday!

Couldn't ask for more… 

My family and I have been vacationing in Fenwick Island for nearly 25 years. We have only stayed in several different locations, so when our place from the the last 3 years was unavailable this summer, we set out for a new option. What great timing!

We were very fortunate to find this home. Any location with this view would be a find, but this is so much more -- clean, fresh-smelling, well-appointed. And, there are many extra touches to make the stay more comfortable.

The community is a nice size with good amenities -- pool, kayak launches, fishing ponds, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickle ball courts. The neighbors passing by were apt to wave and smile.

On top of these things, communication was great! Enough to answer any of our questions, but not too much. And, whenever we asked a question, response time was excellent.

This is our second stay at Luiz's home. Again, it was fantastic!

The house provides plenty of space for a family, wonderful views (with indoor and outdoor ways to enjoy them, and a clean and comfortable home. The kitchen and rest of the home are equipped with most everything you need for a vacation stay, which helps keep packing to a minimum.

The new deck off of the sun room at the family room is the perfect addition for morning coffee, family dining, game night with a great view of Dirickson Creek, wetlands, wildlife, and sunsets.

Luiz is very responsive and provides updates and all the information you need in a clear and friendly way without pestering!

We are grateful for this option and hope to visit again soon.

This beautiful home feels like a remote getaway, but it is still close to many restaurants and the beach is only a short drive away. The view of the bay is lovely and the sunsets were amazing. We loved sitting on the deck watching the birds, eating dinner in the screened in porch, and reading in the cozy sunroom. A huge plus is the amount of available recreational equipment. We enjoyed kayaking and trollies made it easy to take them back and forth to the beach launch. The hosts were communicative and friendly.

Our family really enjoyed your beach home. The view off the balcony was beautiful! The view was spectacular at night we enJOYed watching the birds, boaters and kayaks out back!

The unit is close to the pool which was very convenient. I like that it was close driving to the beach, boardwalks and restaurants yet it is so peaceful out on the bay when we returned ! We really loved the key pad door which made it convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. The house was a dream to stay in and so much to do! Everything was perfect, and every detail was taken care of. The view is incredible, sunsets amazing, and we lived at the pool, and we intended on going to the beach daily, but only made one day to the beach-Fenwick State Park is amazing for the natural beaches. Make sure to stop by Fenwick Ice just around the corner, and for a day out, go to Touch of Italy in Lewes for the BEST Italian food you will ever have. We travel from London UK just to enjoy their cuisine. Thanks again, we will be returning!

This was a fantastic home to stay in for my family including my two young children, husband and parents. The photos of the home are completely accurate and the view off the balcony is priceless. The location is awesome- close to the beach, town, shopping etc. We loved that the home is basically next to the community pool (which we enjoyed SO much) and the gym! We enjoyed walks around the complex and my kids could use their scooters also which was nice. I look forward to renting again at this home.
